Congrats to East Tech Grad Eleazar Villanueva (Culinary Class of 2011), Executive Chef of Restaurant de Joël Robuchon, on the restaurant’s Two-Michelin Star distinction, at the recently held 2026 Michelin Guide Southwest.

The restaurant recieved the highest distinction in the region and the only one to be awarded two Michelin stars. Congrats Chef!
