The Culinary Program is having a bake sale! Place your order with us by 10 PM on 12/05, and you have an option to pick-up the delicious treats at East Tech during school hours or local delivery by an alumni once they are ready.
The Culinary Program is offering the following this season:
- Red Velvet – $10
- A classic red velvet cake rolled with white chocolate cream cheese filling, then finished with piped filling and sprinkled chocolate chips.
- Christmas Tree Cookies – $6
- Iced shortbread cookies skillfully decorated for the holidays.
- Rugelach – $6
- Flaky cream cheese pie dough with walnuts and apricots or raspberry preserves rolled into crescent shaped cookies.
- Gingerbread Kit – $15
- Contains all of the ingredients to make a traditional gingerbread house.
